Joining the team at Watkins and Company in January 2013, Katie found she had a real passion for the real estate business. In the time she has been with us Katie has progressed from the Receptionist to Property Management Assistant/Business Systems Operator and then to Real Estate Sales.

Katie is passionate about doing what's best for her clients and the list of happy buyers and sellers is testament to her 'can do' attitude. Katie wants everyone to have a great real estate experience, so going the extra mile for her clients is nothing new for her.

In Katie's first 6 months of selling in the Real Estate profession she was awarded with the Most Improved Properties Sold. Her bright and enthusiastic attitude is shown in all aspects of customer service and client care as she consistently strives to maintain a high standard of professionalism within the Business.
